STORE POLICY

There may be variations in the color of the product you are purchasing, but this does not affect its composition or effectiveness.
Slight variations in size and shape may also occur, as part of the artisanal manufacturing process.
Colors may differ between the photo on the website and the actual product due to differences in the calibration of each monitor, which can often differ from reality.
Refund Policy: If you have purchased a product from our e-commerce site that for any reason needs to be exchanged or returned, you will have up to seven days from the date of receipt of the respective product to be reimbursed for all amounts paid, in accordance with Art. 49 of the Brazilian CDC.
To exchange or return, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp (62) 99940-1305 or by email contato@beerubycosmetics.com stating the reason, your personal details, the order number and the invoice number received.
You may choose to: Exchange the product for another identical and new product; - Exchange the product for a different or similar product with a refund or payment of the difference in value, if applicable; - Be reimbursed for the amount paid for the product. Remember that:
The product to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was sent: in its original packaging, with no signs of use and with the original seal. If damage is found to the product due to improper handling by the Customer, Beeruby will send the product back to the Customer without the corresponding refund of the amounts paid. - In the case of exchange or return due to regret, in strict accordance with the terms set forth in this policy, the amounts paid will be refunded by Beeruby in a manner agreed between the parties and the cost of shipping the return will be the responsibility of the Customer. We are committed to your satisfaction, so before shipping, our products undergo rigorous quality control from the “field to your home”. However, if the product purchased is damaged and it is necessary to exchange it, the shipping costs for returning the product and reshipping the replacement product to you will be our responsibility. - In cases where the product is unavailable in stock, for exchanges, you may choose a corresponding product or at your discretion, provided that the difference in price must be assumed by the Customer in cases where the value is higher than that of the purchased product. Items received by the exchange/return department without prior notice and return authorization will be automatically returned to the sender in the same conditions or will remain at our address awaiting collection.

REFUND

The refund of the amount paid will only be made after the product has been received and analyzed at the Beeruby Cosmetics Distribution Center. The following refund methods are available:

Deposit into the account if the payment is made via Pix. The method by which the amount will be refunded depends on the form in which the payment was made, after the product is received at our company.

For purchases made by credit card, we at Beeruby will contact the card administrator to request a refund. This way, the refund will be made all at once on the following month's statement, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The refund period depends on the card administrator.

IMPORTANT

This Exchange and Return Policy applies only to purchases made through our e-commerce, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. In the case of purchases of our products made from independent resellers (physical stores, alternative websites, etc.), exchanges and returns must be handled directly with them.

SHIPPING POLICIES

To calculate the shipping cost, select the products you wish to purchase and click on add to cart. Then, enter your zip code. The costs and delivery time will be calculated automatically. Select your preferred option and complete your purchase. You will also have the option to modify your order before completing the transaction.

The delivery period begins after payment approval. As soon as your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation by email.

In the case of promotions or use of coupons, the shipping cost will be calculated considering the total purchase value, that is, after the discounts have been applied.
